Work closely with other team members to ensure the seamless delivery of outsourcing services to the client.

Provide a client specific outlook to all operational service activities.

Consult on operational service activity changes; consult with internal and external sources on the client and plan specific impact of all legal, regulatory, process, product or business changes that affect plan administration.

Execute and own complex research initiatives and the analysis and resolution of technical issues, resulting from operational control breakdowns, legislative changes, or systems outages.

Processing of daily client administrative work

Manage the production calendar to ensure all ongoing deliverables are met and executed within agreed upon Service Level Agreements.

Execute client's inbound and outbound payroll, coordinating with offshore resources as needed.

Execute and validate daily valuation, including preparation of transactions, input of unit values, resolution of edit errors, accounting, funding transmissions, payment transmissions and trade verification.

Produce participant account balance statements, usually with a quarterly frequency.

Use mainframe based tools (QuikJob, Report Writer, ATAC Utilities, GMT) and PC based tools (SQL, MS Office) to produce client reports.

Heavy client interface, usually on routine matters, through e-mail, telephone and Client Center.

Coordinate with other functional internal groups including: Technology, Reconciliation’s, Service Center, Offshore, Fulfillment, Buck and the Center of Excellence.

Resolve PASSes within client Service Level Agreement.

Able to train Benefits Specialists on use of the recordkeeping platform (RKS or OMNI)

Able to create technical specifications for non-recurring, ad hoc client requests.

Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience. BA/BS required

Possess or able to learn mainframe Quickjob and Report Writer jobs. Excellent Excel and Word skills.

May perform one or more of the following:

Ability to execute and analyze outbound payroll deduction files for active and retired participants

Ability to execute and analyze monthly direct bill process

Education and Typical Years of Experience:
