Bag and pad all cleaned pieces, notating on the bag any problems with that piece
Separate and track rental and non-rentable pieces
Have "0" exchanges due to the condition of upholstery

Job Summary
Plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the operation, maintenance and construction of buildings and grounds.
Essential Functions
Inspects facilities or reviews inspection reports to determine repairs, replacements, or improvements required. Formulates procedures for use in event of accidents, fire, or other emergencies and assures security and fire alarm systems are kept in good working order. Assigns work to personnel and may obtain bids for additional work from outside contractors. Hires, trains, and supervises building service personnel. Reviews reports of expenditures for previous fiscal year and proposed improvements to facilities in order to prepare budget estimates for upcoming fiscal year, and administers department budget. Compiles records of labor and material cost of operating the building and issues report to management. Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment and furniture. May direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications. May be responsible for procurement of utilities or operations of utility systems. May prepare construction specifications or plans, obtaining advice from engineering consultants, assemble and analyze contract bids, and submit bids and recommendations to management for action. Other duties as assigned.

NHS has expanded its Addiction Services Division to include Mobile Addiction Treatment Services (MATS) in NJ.
Program Overview:
MATS provides outpatient substance abuse treatment services to meet the post-acute health, social, and educational needs of persons living with HIV / AIDS. MATS is a best practice model designed to collaborate with sterile exchange programs to provide optimal substance abuse treatment for Syringe Exchange Program (SEP) participants by utilizing Motivational Counseling and Harm Reduction techniques. MATS provides medication-assisted services, including Methadone and Suboxone, and aggressive case management, in a seamless treatment continuum.
Hours: Every other Saturday - Sunday 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM
The Security Guard / Driver will be responsible for the following:
Maintain a safe environment in and around the mobile unit, including enforcing no loitering
Escort nursing staff to and from mobile unit when transporting medications
Conduct radio / communication equipment check with local police at the start of shift
Promptly inform on-site staff as to the need and scope of crisis intervention services
Promptly inform on-site staff and/or local police department of any immediate threat to personal safety of staff or clients
Monitor clients conduct in and around the mobile unit to ensure that diversion or any questionable behavior is addressed and reported to program staff
Complete any required incident reports
Complete monthly van inspection reports
Maintain an environment that is supportive to the health, safety and welfare of the facility
