It's our objective to identify a core of 6 new individuals to provide support in developing our sales, marketing & advertising departments. Experience in a team related field.

Ideal candidate...
* Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing & sales, preferably from the healthcare or real estate industries.
Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population.
Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.
Experience with public speaking a plus.
SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
will develop relationships with qualified referral sources, establishing public relations events to promote goodwill in the community, conducting tours with potential residents and their families, and closing sales.
